Project Type 1: Creation of a userbase repository for future campaigns that meets regulatory perimeters

Responsibilities: Oversaw the creation of user stories, testing, and deployment of a comprehensive database and companion internal app that expanded the reach of Pfizer’s overall campaigns by around 1-4x depending on specialty.

Due to the high value and complexity of the program as well as the reach targeting 300+ different products, oversaw continuous communication with legal bodies and FDA to ensure the app was compliant with all federal and local laws.

Project Type 2: Ongoing Email/Direct Mail Deployment and Client Operations

Responsibilities: Oversaw over 500 email and direct mail deployments using either 3rd party print vendors or in-house dev teams. Pioneered the push to automate email delivery and engagement using Marketo through the creation of email journeys to increase user engagement. Maintained close client relations with client business partners across rare disease, oncology, and consumer products by providing analytics, future outlooks, and suggestions for year to year strategies.
