Role: Senior PM

Responsibilities: Maintained on-going burn reporting across all 15 different teams while collecting data to adjust accordingly. Project was started due to uncertain redundant project teams after new overall strategic objectives changed.

Continuously communicated with team leads to readjust staffing needs and reassign as needed.

Created new analytical processes to determine overall performance, downtime, and general utilization metrics. New process was applied across the board to reduce the number of teams to 7 with little to no overlap for each.
