Role: Senior PM

Responsibilities: Resolved issues with previous outbound PM’s project plans going far over-budget with high losses. Triaged pre-existing copy and brand guideline noncompliance through rapid agile development. Oversaw the development of 8 branded websites with companion creative. Worked alongside stakeholders to address major roadblocks including legal complications that were not captured in the scope.

Original project plan was expected to result in a -35% net loss over the life of the project. Adjusted and strategically leveraged previously completed work along with creating emergency conflict-resolution teams. By year end, project plan resulted in a +22% net gain.
