Project: Product Maintenance, New Indication Deployment

Role: Senior PM

Responsibilities: Created project plans for the deployment of a new strategic objective due to Insmed’s additional approved indications. Personally managed $8 Million worth of content creation, changes, and website development. Functioned as the sole PM for all aspects of the program ranging from maintaining ongoing burn reporting to user testing for any and all projects.

Major Projects Completed: Created ADA-Compliant Website with over 200 different pages of content. Explored the first ever gamified and remote rep-driven training document during COVID-19 while adhering to FDA regulations.
